More Ruscha 'afters'

For this 365th post, an update of the first, which featured the cottage industry of artists' books that respond to the classic bookworks of Ed Ruscha. Beginning with Jonathan Monk's Coloured People in Black and White and closing with Tanja Lazetić's response to Monk's response (!), these are seven titles omitted from the first post either because I was unaware of them or couldn't find more than a thumbnail illustration at the time. Corinne Carlson, Marla Hlady and Karen Henderson's Apple Road Test is actually one of the first 'afters' I owned, and, being from 2000, amongst the earliest on the list, but I had misplaced my copy at the time.
